That’s just a basic link bracelet. You can get them a number of places; Walmart, or the mall. You can even have one hand made for you by a friend who does chain jewelry–I have a few friends who make their own chain mail bracelets and chokers, and it’s just a matter of stringing the links together like you would a paper chain. A simple bracelet like that won’t be hard to find, especially at a more reasonable price that 500 dollars for a tiffany piece of name-brand crap.
