If i eat a whole easter egg how much weight will I gain?
Ive been eating normal meals today, about 1700 cals. But I just ate half an easter egg and im tempted to eat the other half. I exercise a lot and i wanna treat myself but this chocolate egg has 60 grams of fat and 1000 calories in it! Will I gain a few pounds? Will I need to do loads of exercise tomorrow?
you’ll gain far less than a pound. it will be a negligible amount that has most likely already been counteracted by all the exercise it sounds like you do.
besides chocolate has a multitude of health benefeits
chocolate, dark especially, has been shown to decrease blood pressure and cholesterol.
