Should you put down landscape fabric before or after planting flowers?
My husband seems to think you should put it down after planting all of the flowers/plants, and just cut holes through the fabric where the plants will be. But, I disagree… wouldn’t it be a LOT easier to have the fabric down already and then cut a hole where you want the plants to go???
