How do they paint the sides of the pages in a book? Like sometimes it has gold om the sides of the pages…?
Like sometimes on fancy expensive books there’s like gold paint on the sides of the pages? How do they do that?
If they just took a paintbrush and just put some paint on all of them at once, when it dried the oages would stick together and you couldnt open it.
If they painted each individual page it would take forever, and they would get some on the big side of the page…
So how do they do it??!!??!!??!!??!!??!!??!!??!!??!!??!!??!!
i may be wrong but i think the paper is printed that way before the book is put together. perhaps a dye. a dye ink wouldn’t make the paper stick together
