I’m building a shower using concrete board should i still plaster the seams if I’m going to tile it?
Yes you do.
The way to do it is using fiberglass mesh tape and go over it with the same adhesive/mortar that you are going to use to set the tile with.
Think of it as doing sheet-rock without the sanding.
