What method of fabric construction is used to make polar fleece? And how can you tell?
for my T.A.S project.
It’s a knit. Shave off the fuzz and examine the structure. A good closeup photo that can be enlarged may help.
Or take a look at the back of a single-sided fleece.
Or consider the fact that Polartec doesn’t ravel and has considerable stretch.
Now: a question for you: what kind of a knit?
