Any Crocheters tell me how to start off this pattern and if its starting from down or the top?

Does this pattern start on the top or the bottom part of the purse? I want to get a good picture of it in my head
It starts at the bottom, right in the center of the bottom. It’s like crocheting a circle or square that just gets bigger and bigger with each round. The difference with a purse is that it gets shaped and eventually the rounds aren’t getting bigger anymore (that’s when you start working on the sides). Most purse (or bag) patterns are started this way.
